Frosted Vanilla Lemonade

turn your pre- or post-workout shake (or breakfast… or afternoon snack…) into the most refreshing, satisfying lemonade!

Frosted Vanilla Lemonade

makes: 1 serving
time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lemons, juiced (or 1/2-1 cup lemon juice)

  • 1 serving vanilla protein

  • ice (8-10 cubes at least)

  • optional: honey, agave, or coconut syrup (a few swirls)

Directions

  1. Juice the lemons. Start with three and add more to taste.

  2. Put everything together in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Taste check and add more lemon juice or honey, if needed.

  3. Enjoy!!!


I added some crushed ice after to fill the cup and make it extra icy, but that’s not necessary. ;)
