Mango Sorbet
Y’ALL…. 2 or 3 ingredients. 5 mins or less. summery heaven!!! you can also leave the yogurt out for a true sorbet without any creaminess, or use a splash or two of water to get the texture you like.
Homemade Mango Sorbet
makes: 1 serving
time: 5 mins or less
Ingredients
1 to 1.5 cups frozen mango (pre-frozen or cut & freeze your own)
2-3oz Goat Milk yogurt (or Greek yogurt or full fat portion of coconut milk from a can*… I used 1/2 of a small/individual sized container of goat milk yogurt that I got from Publix GreenWise)
optional: swirl of honey, agave, or coconut flavor syrup
optional: splash of lime juice
*If using a can of coconut milk, place in fridge the night before. Open the can, then scoop about 1/2 cup of the solid portion.
Directions
Put everything into a food processor.
Combine on “low” for 2 runs of the setting or until smooth, creamy, and combined. Adjust levels of frozen mango and yogurt IF needed to keep it frozen and thick.
Spoon into your favorite glass bowl, top with a spring of fresh herbs for vibes, and enjoy everyday all summer long!!!
You can totally swap the mango for any other frozen fruit as well for endless flavors.
