Healthy Beef + Broccoli

Ingredients
Main
1/2 lb grass fed flank steak
2 cups chopped organic broccoli florets
2 stalks green onion, sliced into 1” strips
1 tblsp fresh grated ginger (or 1/4-1/2 tsp ground)
1 tblsp minced garlic
1 tblsp arrowroot starch (or any starch or flour)
2 tblsp coconut aminos
2 tblsp water or broth (any kind)
rice (brown or jasmine) or cauliflower rice
olive or coconut oil, salt and pep
Directions
1. If using brown or regular rice, start the water and add rice when ready. Set timer for rice cooking time. If using cauliflower rice, begin cooking that around step 3 timing. Chop veggies while waiting for rice water to boil.
