Protein Baked Oats

ingredients.

  • 1/2 mashed banana

  • 1 scoop Arbonne vanilla protein

  • 1/3 cup oats (rolled or ground)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/3 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • dash salt

  • vegan chocolate chips

  • optional: 1 tblsp honey or maple syrup

directions.

1. preheat oven to 350f.

2. mash banana until smooth in small oven safe dish.

3. add all ingredients and mix together well until combined.

4. bake 15-17 minutes.

5. top with almond butter and a few more vegan chocolate chips.

ENJOY! this is soo easy, quick, and yummy… every last bite i get a little sad, haha! so i basically make it daily right now. i didn’t even add honey or maple syrup. let me know how you like it! =)

want to change it up? use the same base recipe, but add in berries, change the protein flavor, try different toppings… get creative! you can’t go wrong (just don’t over-bake). think about if you’re adding something more dry or wet, and adjust amounts of almond milk and oats slightly to balance it out.
