Enneagram Types: Home Workout Edition

With an educational background in psychology and counseling, I always love connecting personality and motivation theories with my fitness and nutrition coaching - it’s more engaging for me and my clients, and makes it more personal. During the height of #quarantine2020, I created these fun exercise workouts inspired by the Enneagram with my pal Mandy. Enjoy, and change up your workout for the day!

Read for some humor, and save the chart for your workout deets!
