Christmas Protein Bites

makes: 12-16
time: 5-15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup nut or seed butter

  • 2 tblsp honey

  • 1/4 cup nut or oat milk

  • splash vanilla extract

  • dash salt

  • 3/4 cup mini christmas m&ms (or vegan chocolate chips)

Directions

  1. mix all together except chocolate chips/m&ms in large bowl or food processor/dough mixer

  2. stir in chocolate/m&ms

  3. chill dough for at least 5 mins or even overnight… or just eat from the bowl ;)

  4. scoop or form into 1” balls (makes about 12-16 bites)
