sharing my meal plan for the week with you! free, downloadable, full 1 week meal plan, recipes included, AND i’m including a blank template if you want to make your own for next week. =)

this week’s food is inspired from my week in Cancun where i ate like a queen AND felt amazing! feel free to message me with any questions. you can simplify recipes by dropping the “extras” in your shopping list (ex: garnish, use dried instead of fresh seasoning, sub for similar items you’re already using in other recipes for the week, etc). hope this helps!

this is great for 1 person or a whole family - just duplicate recipes if cooking for more. cheers!
